3. Health Data Disclosure
Important Clarification: AgriSphere is an agricultural tool. We do NOT access, collect, or share any personal human health data (such as data from sensors, heart rate, or medical records). All references to "Health Data" within our services refer strictly to Agricultural/Plant Health (e.g., crop vitality, soil moisture, and pest status).
This Crop Health data is used exclusively to:
- Predict crop yield and identify plant deficiencies.
- Generate precise chemical and organic fertilizer schedules.
- Alert users to regional plant pandemics.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide crop disease diagnosis and agricultural recommendations
- To deliver hyperlocal weather alerts tied to your farm location
- To improve our AI models (using anonymised, aggregated data only)
- To send important service notifications (security alerts, policy updates)
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

- Crop scan images: 12 months, then auto-deleted unless saved to your library.
- AI chat history: 90 days.
- Crash logs: 30 days.
- Account data: Retained until account deletion, then wiped within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy
agrisphere is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
