Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the agrisphere mobile application ("App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of agrisphere, including farmers, agronomists, researchers, and any other individuals who access the service.

2. Description of Service

agrisphere provides AI-powered agricultural tools including crop disease identification, soil health monitoring, weather intelligence, and an AI agronomist chat agent. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. AI Disclaimer

AI accuracy depends on the quality of input images and data. Users are responsible for ensuring clear, well-lit photographs are submitted for diagnosis.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@agrisphere.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

agrisphere offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are billed on a monthly or annual basis through your app store account:

• Google Play Store — managed via Google Play Billing
• Apple App Store — managed via Apple In-App Purchases

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not process or store payment card information. For refunds, contact your respective app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use agrisphere to scrape, harvest, or extract data at scale
• Use outputs to train competing AI or machine learning models
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute agrisphere content or outputs commercially
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data to our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and AI models within agrisphere are the property of agrisphere Technologies or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial agricultural purposes only.

User-submitted images remain your property. By submitting them, you grant agrisphere a limited licence to process them for the purpose of delivering the service and improving our AI models (using anonymised data only).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agrisphere Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of crops, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that year.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, unless local consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification before material changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
