How accurate is the crop disease detection?
Our AI model achieves over 94% accuracy on our benchmark test set of 500+ disease classes. Accuracy is highest with well-lit, clear, close-up photos of affected leaves. We always recommend confirming diagnoses with a local agronomist before applying large-scale treatments.
Does the app work offline?
Core navigation and previously loaded data work offline. AI disease diagnosis, weather data, and the AI Agent require an internet connection to process queries.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. To cancel: on Android — open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → agrisphere → Cancel. On iOS — open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → agrisphere → Cancel.
My scan results seem wrong. What should I do?
Try retaking the photo in better lighting, closer to the affected area, and without blur. If results are still unexpected, tap the feedback icon on the result screen to flag it — this helps us improve the model. You can also contact us at support@agrisphere.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account in the app, or visit our Data Deletion page to submit an email request.
What languages does the AI Agent support?
The AI Agent supports English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swahili, and Mandarin. More languages are added with each app update.
Is my farm data shared with anyone?
No. Your farm data is never sold or shared for advertising. It is only shared with the AI service providers necessary to run the app (Google Gemini for inference, Google Cloud for hosting). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is crashing. How do I fix it?
Try: (1) Force-close and reopen the app, (2) Check for app updates in your store, (3) Restart your device, (4) Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is cloud-synced). If the issue persists, email us at support@agrisphere.com with your device model and Android/iOS version.
